1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Kingsreach, a medieval multiplayer mobile strategy game published under the MikoAppz developer brand. MikoAppz is a brand name and does not identify a registered legal entity. The legal contracting party is TBD (see the provider details below).

2. The game and your account

Kingsreach is a medieval multiplayer strategy game. At public release, it is intended to provide player accounts, saved game progress and world chat. Each account is identified by a unique Gameplay ID. The current pre-release client labels this identifier "Kingsreach ID". Source code includes guest accounts and Google or Apple Game Center sign-in, but this does not mean public account registration is currently available.

Keep your sign-in method and account details secure. Contact Support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Fair and respectful use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game or its systems, or distribute modified versions of the game. Do not use world chat to harass others, threaten them, or post unlawful or abusive content. We may take proportionate action, including restricting an account, where needed to protect players or the service and as permitted by applicable law.

4. Service changes and availability

Kingsreach is an online service and some features may be unavailable or changed as the game is maintained and developed. We will respect any notice, conformity, remedy or other rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Account deletion

At public release, players must be able to request deletion of their entire Kingsreach account and associated game participation and data. The current source includes an in-game request path that asks the player to confirm their name and Gameplay ID (shown as "Kingsreach ID" in the current client). The endpoint is feature-gated, and complete deletion is not operationally verified. See our Account or Data Deletion page for the current implementation status and intended process.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are planned to be available exclusively through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The applicable store will handle subscription purchase, renewal and cancellation under its terms and applicable consumer law. Subscription purchasing is not available in the current pre-release environment. Kingsreach does not currently offer subscription purchases through this website.

7. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, these terms do not limit mandatory rights available to you under the laws that apply where you live, including applicable EU rules for digital content and digital services. You may use the contact details below to raise a question or complaint.
